Step 1: Activate your card by calling customer service at 1-800-856-1973. If you have a SíGo Money STAR card with a balance on it, that balance will automatically be transferred to your new MasterCard card upon activation. Otherwise, go to the next step.

Step 2: Load card with cash at any Western Union^®, MoneyGram^® or GreenDot^® retail agent locations and your card is immediately ready for use.

Complete the blue MoneyGram Express Payment form: For "Receive Code" write 4601 on the first line of the form. (This code will insure that your money is linked to your card) For "Pay To" write SíGo Money MasterCard For "Account Number" write your SíGo Money MasterCard card account number Hand the following to the agent: Completed form Load amount (in cash) MoneyGram fee The agent will process your load request and give you a receipt. Your funds will be available to you within minutes.

Green Dot® Network Retail Locations (such as Walgreens, Radio Shack, CVS and Rite Aid)

Go to the prepaid section or ask a salesperson for a Green Dot MoneyPak Universal Reload Package. Hand the following to the cashier: Green Dot MoneyPak Universal Reload Package Load amount (in cash) Green Dot fee The cashier will give you a receipt that will include a reload PIN/Activation number. Call 1-800-GREENDOT (473-3636) and input your PIN/Activation number to complete the load process. Your funds will be available to you within minutes.
